1: Log in to the Booking Management System
Visit our online portal and log in using your username (typically an email address) and password.

Click on the Booking Management System link:

2: Create a new booking
The booking platform will load. To create a new booking click on the
New Booking button in the top right:

3: Complete the booking form
Complete the required fields on the booking form. The completed form should look something like this.

Please ensure that you provide the following information in the relevant fields of the booking form:
Contact Name, Email & Telephone
Please specify details of the meeting host.
Location
For Face-to-Face Bookings – Provide the address and postcode
For Telephone Bookings – Specify that it is a telephone booking
For Video Bookings – Specify the platform (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc.)
Location Access Notes
For Face-to-Face Bookings – Provide details of how to access the site
For Telephone Bookings – Not required
For Video Bookings – Provide the video link and any access PINs. Alternatively, please specify here if you would like for Clear Voice to set up a video meeting on your behalf.
Nature of Appointment
Provide details of the type of appointment – for example, a doctor’s appointment, a meeting with a solicitor, a therapy session, etc.
Please specify if the individual booking the interpreting session will not be present at the appointment and provide any information our interpreter will require to attend in their absence.
4: Submit the request
Click Make Booking to submit your booking request:

You will receive an automated confirmation email containing your booking details.
For any booking requests made less than 24 hours in advance, you will need to contact our operations team directly.
