You can gain direct access to telephone interpreters through the Clear Voice app (CVClient). This removes many of the steps required by the previous method for connecting to an interpreter.
The Clear Voice app (CVClient) is available for both Android and iOS via the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
Android devices
For Android 14 and earlier
Open the Play Store, search for ‘CVClient’, and install the app.
