Launching the app
When you first launch the app you will be guided through a tutorial introducing the key features of the app and explaining how to use them.
At the end of the tutorial press Continue to be taken to the login and registration screen. Here you will be able to complete the initial registration of your device enabling you to fully access the app’s functionality.
Registering your device

To register your device, you will need to enter your full name, email, mobile telephone number, Site Access Code, and Site PIN.
If you do not have your Site Code and Site PIN please email info@clearvoice.org.uk and we will reissue the confirmation email with your access details.
Once your device is registered you will be taken to the main login screen.
You only need to register a device once. Multiple devices can be registered using the same Site Code and Site PIN.
Logging in
The Site PIN acts as your password to access the app. On occasion your login
session may expire and you must re-enter your Site PIN. Your other credentials
will remain saved.
Logging out
You can logout of the CVClient app at any time by selecting the Logout button accessed via the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.
Doing so returns you to the app’s initial Login screen.
Using the app
Once logged in select the Languages tab at the bottom of the screen.
Select the language you wish to access and press Okay. This language will then be added to your favourites.
Select the language and press Dial Interpreter. This will then begin connecting you to a telephone interpreter.
You can add or remove your favourite languages as shortcuts at any time from the Languages tab.
